Competition Guidelines

2026“创·在上海”国际创新创业大赛于3月24日正式启动，现面向海内外创新创业团队及企业征集优秀项目。

The 2026 "Startup in Shanghai" International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition officially launched on March 24 and is now calling for outstanding projects from innovation and entrepreneurship teams and enterprises in China and abroad.

大赛共分为初赛、复赛、半决赛、总决赛四个晋级环节。区域赛初赛由各分赛区主办、专业赛由专业机构主办，复赛、半决赛、总决赛均由大赛组委会办公室组织。

The competition consists of four advancement stages: Preliminary Round, Second Round, Semifinal, and Grand Final. The preliminary regional competitions are hosted by each sub-competition region, while the specialized competitions are hosted by professional institutions. The quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals are all organized by the Competition Organizing Committee Office.
